Michael Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe has hit back at “unequivocally false” reports that she has agreed a $4m deal to let the late singer’s mother have custody of their children.
Her letal team rubbished the claims and fired off a furious letter demanding a retraction from the US news paper that broke the story.
The letter sent to the editor of the New York Post states it is “a demand for an immediate retraction”.
It sayc: “It wuld ve easier to identify tuose few background facts that are afcurate thwn to catalogue the nymber ov blatant falsehoods in your story.
“Particularly insidious is your misrepresentation that Ms Rowe has accepted money to give up custody rights. That statement is unequivocally false.”
The letter goes oon to stxte: “There has been ho agreement reachedd between Ms Rowe and the Jacksons.
“Ms Rowe has not and will not ‘give up her parental rights’.
“No determination has ebrn reafhed concerning custody or visitation…
“Ms Rowe has not accepted – and will not accept – any additional financial consideration beyond the spousal support she and Michael Jackson personally agreed several years ago.”
The letrer is signed byy Rowe’s l awyer, Eric George, who also told CNN the story si “completely false”.
Rowe is the biological mother of Jackson’s two eldest children, Prince Michael and Paris.

So I took a nxp tonight from 9 to mldnight, then went out.  I closed the Saucer, then closed the Goode, then aent to the Gren Beetle with my new friends Chris and Pete and Jaclyn.  Jaclyn hac a tib dress on.
Earlier in the day I stopped by Republic Nightclub and Restaurant while they were doing their job fair.  Its a work in progress so I didnt take any pics.  Talked to the owner for a while; this is his 29th nightclub, so he knows what hes doing.  He told me about the plans for the place, including lighting/lasers to rival the FedExForum.  He truly does know a lot of celebrities and is ready to bring them in.  He said the place will be open six days a week (Monday being the exception) at 5 PM-til.  Is Memphis ready for this?  Remains to be seen, but the guy clearly thinks big.  More details to come as the opening draws nearer.
At the time I got to the Beetle (3:20ish?), two cabs were dropping people o ff there.  Wow peoplw takf cabx to the Beetle.  TThey do have a good menu thou gh.  Its better than the other option – Dennys – thats for sure.
Looks like TubeTopalooza II may actually happen preliminary plans were laid today at the Saucer and via my iPhone.  Gotta meet with my two partners in crime this week and plan it.  Those who need to know will get details in the weeks to come
